Corn Salad
This is my attempt to make the corn salad from Seoul Street, a Korean street food restaurant in Ann Arbor. I love it.
Ingredients
- 2 cans whole kernel sweet corn (8.5 oz)
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1/2 tbsp mustard powder
- 1 tbsp white sugar
Instructions
Mix all ingredients but corn until smooth to make dressing. Mix with drained corn and enjoy
